Payment Terms

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to final deliverables. Devezin Digital retains rights to:

• Preliminary designs and unused concepts
• Custom code libraries and frameworks
• Portfolio usage rights

Limitation of Liability

Devezin Digital's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Data loss or security breaches
• Third-party service failures

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• Access to incomplete work will be suspended
• Completed work will be delivered upon full payment

Governing Law

These terms are governed by California law. Any disputes shall be resolved in California courts.
